Transgender Indoctrination Rising
Any parent who refuses to recognize that there is a movement to indoctrinate all young children to accept transgenderism is not facing the evidence. The facts show the transgender movement is rapidly growing in acceptance and influence. For parents with elementary-age children, it is already knocking at your child’s door and you may not know it! You should be alarmed, aware and ready to take action to protect your child. Here are shocking news items for you to consider.
Drag Queen Story Hour
In October 2017, while doing research on the subject of the millennial generation becoming witches, my curiosity was piqued by what appeared to be a Halloween season article about a children’s story hour. The event took place in the Michelle Obama Neighborhood Public Library in Long Beach, California. Most people would not be surprised that an adult library volunteer might wear a scary costume in October to read stories to children. But it was disconcerting for me to read that it was a famous drag queen dressed as a demon who was reading to a group of preschool children. Even more offensive, I learned that the story time had nothing to do with the celebration of witchcraft’s revered holiday, Halloween.
The Twitter invitation stated: “@LBCITYLibrary invites you to the Michelle Obama Neighborhood Library for a celebration of LGBTQ History Month.” An ad attached to the tweet proudly announced: “Drag Queen Story Hour: Featuring Xochi Mochi.” In case you didn’t catch that, a community public library sponsored a Drag Queen Story Hour. I asked myself, what is the purpose of such an event? Here’s what I learned.
“Drag Queen Story Hour aims to give young children glamorous, positive, and unabashedly queer role models,” wrote Steph Kyriacou for PinkNews.co.uk. Queer role models? I find that difficult to swallow. Surely the library director could have found a handful of better, less seedy, role models—for boys, girls and children of all races. To my relief, the story hour drew mixed reaction from the public. One response not in favor of the library’s program said: “What is the educational purpose of children being exposed to this? Other than brainwashing them into thinking this is normal.” One favorable responder said: “So proud of my hometown library for hosting this.” The second comment is clearly from a lgbtq person or supporter.
Taking Advantage of Innocence
Understand this! The lgbtq community and its supporters want your children to hear their point of view. While looking at the photos of the event, I discovered that one of the books featured at the story hour was: Families, Families, Families! This is a children’s book written to make nontraditional families appear normal. The message of the book is “anything goes—any group of people can be family—if you just love each other.” So Xochi Mochi came to that story hour with an agenda. His message to the children was: “Kids, I may look like a scary demon drag queen, but, little children, this is normal!” It is anything but normal! But similar story hours are happening regularly in Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco and other cities around the world.
“The Drag Queen Story Hour site explains that the event ‘captures the imagination and play of the gender fluidity of childhood,’” continued Kyriacou. “In spaces like this, kids are able to see people who defy rigid gender restrictions and imagine a world where people can present as they wish, where dress up is real.” How pathetic! Adults are taking advantage of the naivety and innocence of little children.
I have raised four daughters and am currently watching 10 grandchildren grow into amazing teenagers. I know from experience that toddlers and young children don’t understand the meaning of the word gender. They certainly don’t think about gender or wonder about it—unless they are prompted to do so by an adult such as Xochi Mochi. It was an adult who organized the Long Beach story hour. No preschooler requested, “Read us a story about transgender people.” So what adult groups are sponsoring such programs? “The event was part of a collaboration between the Long Beach Public Library, the lgbtqCenter of Long Beach, the Genders and Sexualities Alliance Network and the lgbtqnonprofit Imperial Court of Long Beach,” Kyriacou reported.
Can we see that it is the lgbtq organizations that are pushing these events? Realize, there are lgbtq groups all over the United States and in most Western countries of this world. So don’t think this can’t happen in “my town.”
What is their agenda? Let’s be honest. If they cannot get every adult on their side, then they are going to work hard to win over your kids. What’s their ultimate goal? They want our children to become just like them. This isn’t homophobic paranoia; it’s sound reasoning based on the evidence!

Indoctrination at School
Though certainly not widely broadcast in our liberal-left mainstream media, transgender issues are being discussed in schools, in some areas, without parental knowledge. In the United Kingdom, “[c]hildren as young as 4 are being encouraged to learn about transgender issues in a new initiative organized by a primary school,” the Mirror Online wrote in March 2016. This was not just a classroom discussion. “Parents at a village primary school are threatening to take their kids out of class in protest at a planned ‘transgender day’ in which kids will ‘explore’ their sexuality,” wrote Stian McFaydan. That is a much different educational experience than what my children received in kindergarten.
“The school has announced that it would be using an ‘educational toolkit’ by Brighton-based Allsorts Youth Project, with children allowed to take home information leaflets from the talk,” continued McFaydan. “The Allsorts project states that it is designed to ‘empower young people under 26 who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans or unsure—and even holds classes for under-11s called ‘Trans Kids.’” McFaydan explained that the Allsorts project to be used at the primary school was meant to be “a fun and supportive group for trans and gender-questioning children of primary school age (5 to 11).” Parents petitioned the headteacher (the principal) to cancel the program. The headteacher’s response was: “While some parents may feel uneasy discussing a topic such as gender identity, our priority is to give pupils a well-rounded education and help them become responsible, independent people able to respect others.” This is more than political correctness gone awry. Besides ignoring parental authority and rights, it is an invitation for young children to enter the transgender world.
Also in the UK, in September 2017 a set of parents sued their children’s primary school over transgender issues. “A Christian couple are ‘taking a stand’ and suing their son’s school after a 6-year-old boy was allowed to wear a dress in class,” wrote Tom Payne for the Daily Mail. “They believe it is wrong that young children have to confront the complex issue of transgenderism, and took action after their 6-year-old son came home ‘confused as to why a boy was now a girl.''’ The Daily Caller also picked up the story: “I am shocked by the suggestion, especially from a church school, that just because we question the notion that a 6-year-old boy can really become a girl we are transphobic,” wrote Grace Carr, quoting the parents. “We believe it is wrong to encourage young children to embrace transgenderism. Boys are boys and girls are girls,” they continued. Same-sex “marriage” was made legal in the UK in 2014. Can we see how quickly the lgbtq community has gained acceptance in the UK?
The transgender controversy in UK schools is soon to take a more serious twist. “Primary schools should have books about transgender parents on the curriculum, according to new guidance on diversity for head teachers,” wrote Rosemary Bennett for the Sunday Times on Dec. 13, 2017 (emphasis added throughout). For what reason? you may ask. “Dress codes should be modified at primary and secondary schools to allow trans pupils and staff to wear clothes according to their preferred gender, it says. ‘Trans people, [their] issues and experiences’ should be celebrated across the school, to make sure trans pupils and teachers feel more comfortable, it adds,” continued Bennett. Dumbfounding, isn’t it? Why should all students at school be encouraged to celebrate cross-dressing? Come on, what do transgender issues have to do with primary education? “Although the guidance is primarily aimed at trans teachers, it says that there are wider duties to educate young people about different sexualities,” continued Bennett. Bah!
What About U.S. Schools?
Here’s what’s happening in American schools. “California’s Rocklin Academy has a long waiting list for admissions, but that isn’t stopping some parents from pulling their children out of the prestigious charter school after a kindergarten class was exposed to transgender ‘indoctrination’ without parental notification,” wrote Bradford Richardson for the Washington Times on Sept. 3, 2017.
“Several families have pulled their children out of the Sacramento area school since the end of the last academic year, when a male kindergartner was reintroduced to his class as a girl and two children’s books espousing transgender ideology were read to the class,” Richardson reported. Very much like what happened in the UK, the children were confused by what they experienced, went home, told their parents about their experience, and expressed fears that they might turn into the opposite sex. A group of parents was upset that they were not given notification of what was planned to take place. These parents felt that transgender issues had no place in a kindergarten classroom. Most sane adults would agree. An entire school week went by before the parents of the kindergarten class were notified by letter about what took place. “The word transgender did not even appear in the letter,” stated a Fox News reporter. The parents were incensed that they were not given the right to opt their child out of that class time.
Parents petitioned the school through the pro-family Capitol Resource Institute “to enact a policy that would require the school to notify parents before controversial matters are discussed in the classroom ….” However, the school resisted. Why? Because it was fearful of potential U.S. Department of Education Title ix sexual discrimination lawsuits. Transgender issues are not considered sex education, so the schools felt no obligation to inform parents in advance. Even the kindergarten teacher expressed no compunction to get permission from school authorities to read the books focused on transgender ideology. “There are overall 11 families who have pulled their kids out of that school,” stated Karen England of the Capitol Resource Institute. Here is evidence of how zealous and successful the lgbtq community has been to get the law on its side in the U.S. It has been just two years since same-sex “marriage” was made legal in America. Isn’t it fair to ask: What law protects parents’ rights to know in advance how their child is being educated? Parents who do not want their child introduced to transgenderism have been legally handicapped—by law!
Here is the reality concerned parents must face: In any U.S. government-funded school, when lgbtq rights are involved, parents’ concerns or disagreements will not matter. Schools are not required to inform the parents of transgender instruction.
“Elizabeth Ashford, a spokeswoman for Rocklin Academy, confirmed that seven children officially have been unenrolled since the end of the last school year,” wrote Richardson. “She downplayed the matter, saying it is common for children to change schools for a variety of reasons.” Take notice. Ms. Ashford refused to admit that families pulled out of the school over transgender issues. It is clear that schools will work hard to prevent being dragged into a sexual discrimination lawsuit at the expense of your child.
What can you do as a parent to protect your child from transgender indoctrination? Become informed of what is going on in your child’s classroom. I suggest you read The Federalist’s Margot Cleveland’s article . She explains what is happening in American schools with “trans indoctrination” and what you can do about it.
Drag Teen Biography
One of the two books read to the kindergarten students at Rocklin Academy was I Am Jazz by Jessica Herthel and Jazz Jennings. This well-written, professionally illustrated children’s book is a biographical sketch (it is not make believe) of the gender transition of Jaron—from a 2-year-old boy—to the “girl”—Jazz Jennings (a pseudonym). This is an eye-opening piece of propaganda. I highly recommend every parent of elementary school-aged children read this book in order to see what your child will likely be exposed to at some point.
Jazz is now 17 years old and still transitioning. Jazz is a YouTube personality, a former spokesmodel for Clean & Clear skincare products, a tv personality and an lgbtq rights activist. In the children’s book, besides saying that pink has always been a favorite color, Jazz likes “dancing, singing, back flips, drawing, soccer, swimming, makeup and pretending I’m a pop star.” Besides the wearing of make-up, most of these activities sound like things a lot of young boys and girls enjoy doing. It can all sound very normal.
Continuing the story thread of the book, Jazz then tells all children (reading or listening at story hour), “My best friends are Samantha and Casey [obviously girls]. … We like high heels and princess gowns ….” Surely you would agree that this is not normal activity for the vast majority of boys today. “But I’m not exactly like Samantha and Casey,” Jazz continues sadly. How is Jazz different? “I have a girl brain, but a boy body. This is called transgender. I was born this way,” Jazz explains. It is not difficult to understand how this could upset kindergarten and primary school children. Jazz’s affirmation of having “a girl brain in a boy body” and implying how unfortunate it is to be “born that way” is the mantra of all transgender people. It is a theory trans people want you and your children to believe.
Jazz has also written a 265-page biography, Being Jazz. Jazz and family are also featured in a docu-series titled I Am Jazz, which began airing on tlc in July 2015. Jazz is a teen sensation. Jazz has been interviewed by Barbara Walters and Oprah Winfrey and discussed on all three major network nightly news programs. This means that Jazz has received a lot of publicity. Time has added Jazz to its Most Influential Teens list two years in a row. These accomplishments are a grave warning for parents of teens. It is a foregone conclusion that teens listen to and imitate teen idols. Especially those teens who are insecure about themselves, their identity and their bodies. Jazz would like to help them solve their problems Jazz’s way. “I share my story so that my message of loving yourself and knowing it’s OK to be different can be spread everywhere,” writes Jazz. On Feb. 23, 2017, the New York Times reported that 1 in every 137 American teenagers identifies as transgender. With our nation’s media hype over transgender issues, that number is sure to increase.
Jazz reiterates the transgender mantra throughout the biography. “When did you first know?” writes Jazz. “I get a lot questions about my life, and that’s the one that comes up the most. The answer is easy. Ever since I could form coherent thoughts, I knew I was a girl trapped inside a boy’s body. There was never any confusion in my mind.” The real truth is transgender children’s lives are filled with confusion. Even Jazz admits to suffering from depression and the need to take antidepressants in several chapters of Being Jazz.
What Experts Say
Medical research would not agree with Jazz’s transgender mantra. The majority of the most-respected researchers, psychiatrists and pediatricians know that it is not possible to have a girl brain trapped in a boy’s body. While reporters were researching the Rocklin Academy problem, they consulted with Dr. Michelle Cretella, president of the American College of Pediatricians. For the video version of the story, she said: “Having an authority figure teach the myth that a child can be trapped in the wrong body can potentially lead to the fear that they aren’t the sex their bodies clearly indicate.” Notice that Dr. Cretella states that the transgender mantra is a myth.
New human genetic research is turning the tables on previously believed theories about the differences between men and women. Although the final analysis is incomplete, the new research has the transgender world worried. “What do these new insights mean for our progress toward gender equity?” asked Jenny Graves, professor of Genetics at La Trobe University in Australia on Nov. 6, 2017. “A bad outcome could appeal to a return to outdated sexual stereotypes. A good outcome will be recognition of sex differences in medicine and treatment.”
There is an even more reliable source to prove that it is impossible for a girl brain to be trapped inside a boy’s body. It is the Holy Bible. “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them” (Genesis 1:27). Man is not an animal. He was not brought into being by an unintelligent process called evolution. A man and a woman are specially created for specific purposes. The great Creator God made mankind with a transcendent potential in mind. Very few understand what this potential is, but sex and gender play a vital part in God’s plan.
“Homosexuality is condemned in the Bible as sin—sodomites shall not inherit the Kingdom of God,” wrote Herbert W. Armstrong in his vitally important book The Missing Dimension in Sex. “Any use of sex, except as an expression of love in marriage, and, also, for the purpose of procreation in marriage, is a sin, and breaks the Seventh Commandment! That includes masturbation, bestiality—any perversion [including transgenderism]—any use except that of love and reproduction in marriage!” This is the book that all parents should have dogeared and underlined in preparation to teach their children the truth about gender and sex.
